Registered Nurse – Transplant Services

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the Transplant clinic, coordinating care, triaging patients, and collaborating with providers, fellows, and staff to meet complex patient needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate care for transplant patients.
• Collect and document comprehensive assessment data.
• Develop and implement a Plan of Care (POC) using an interdisciplinary approach.
• Evaluate patient progress toward desired health outcomes.
• Deliver patient and family education, including discharge planning.
• Adhere to infection‑control protocols and properly use PPE such as N95 masks and respirators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinical team.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN).
• Valid RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• At least one year of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
