Registered Nurse – Surgical ICU Trauma (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership in patient care within the Surgical ICU Trauma unit. The RN will apply the nursing process, adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high‑quality patient care and assess learning needs of patients and families.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt behavior to respect patient privacy, cultural diversity, and individual communication preferences.
• Perform other related duties as required, including exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.

Required profile

• Education: Required – Registered Nurse diploma; Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Certifications: Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Preferred – certification in a clinical specialty area.
