Registered Nurse – Specialty EP Lab (Jeff Hwy)

About the role

This position leads patient care in the EP Lab, applying the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. The RN collaborates with a diverse team to deliver high‑quality, culturally sensitive care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff, adapting communication to diverse cultural and religious needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, using data to drive improvements and achieve strategic goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
