Main Missions

• Provide direct nursing care to patients experiencing various mental health disorders.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications accurately and closely monitor patient responses and side effects.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a secure, therapeutic clinical environment at all times.
• Offer essential support, guidance, and education to both patients and their families.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under high-pressure situations.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a compassionate heart for mental health advocacy.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
