Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care, preventing healthcare‑acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with standard precautions, hospital policies, and state nursing regulations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, support patient satisfaction initiatives, and assist in orienting new staff.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current Arizona RN license (or compact state license) and valid BLS certification.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience for night‑shift positions; at least one year in acute care or med‑surg settings.
• Relevant certifications within specified timeframes (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, Basic EKG).
