About the role

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Health Services is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to deliver clinical care to students, staff, and visitors on campus. Reporting to the Director of Health Services, the RN will work in a dynamic outpatient setting that supports the university community’s health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, triage, medication administration, and wound care.
• Deliver health education, counseling, and preventive services to a college‑age population.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and university staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in emergency response and on‑site health initiatives.

Required profile

• Accredited nursing degree and current RN licensure in Arkansas or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least two years of experience in an outpatient or primary‑care clinic, preferably serving young adults.
