About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Clinical Assistant (CASL) position. This regular, day‑shift role is part of the Clinical Operations team and supports patient care within the UAMS health system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with UAMS policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective clinical operations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work day shifts on site at the Little Rock campus.
