Registered Nurse – Care Home (Boston, East Midlands)

About the role

Join HC‑One’s Kind Care team as a Registered Nurse in a care‑home environment. You will combine clinical expertise with compassionate, person‑centred care, forming lasting connections with residents and their families while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a care‑home setting.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering person‑centred care.
• Mentor junior staff, act as practice supervisor and assessor for students.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with NMC standards.
• Identify and act on safeguarding concerns, completing required training.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN number and registration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to person‑centred care and safeguarding responsibilities.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and decision‑making.
• Medication administration.
• Care planning and documentation.
