Registered Dietitian

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Dietitian to join our Los Angeles clinic. The dietitian will work within an interdisciplinary team delivering coordinated, longitudinal care for adults living with severe mental illness.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical health, nutritional status, and dietary needs.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans that address both physical and mental health goals.
• Provide education, counseling, and lifestyle coaching to support behavior change.
• Collaborate daily with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and community health workers.
• Document assessments and interventions in the clinic’s electronic health record.
• Participate in continuous learning sessions and contribute to research initiatives.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Dietitian (RD) in the United States.
• Experience working in clinical or outpatient settings, preferably with complex or mental‑health populations.
• Strong ability to manage a manageable caseload while delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and patient‑centered care.

Required skills

• Clinical nutrition assessment and counseling.
