Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Richmond clinic. In a supportive, small‑team environment you will deliver one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, working closely with Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data using electronic tools.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members.
• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.

Required skills

• Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
• Proficiency with electronic data collection systems.
