Registered Behavior Technician – Clinic-Based (Katy, TX)

About the role

Join Reliant ABA Therapy’s clinic in Katy, TX as a Registered Behavior Technician. You will provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, working under the guidance of Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in a clinic environment.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs.
• Help children develop communication, behavioral, and social skills.
• Record session data and track progress using electronic data systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors to adjust goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Required profile

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.

Required skills

• Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
• Comfort with electronic documentation systems.
