Regional Vice President – East (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Illumio, a leader in ransomware and breach containment, is seeking a Regional Vice President for the East region. The role will drive growth of Illumio’s Zero Trust segmentation platform across the hybrid multi‑cloud market, working closely with senior customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team focused on new business acquisition within the Fortune 1000.
• Own regional revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Build executive‑level relationships and present Illumio’s AI Security Graph solution to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately, manage sales operations, and maintain CRM discipline.
• Travel up to 25% to engage customers, partners, and internal events.

Required profile

• 10+ years of successful leadership experience in field sales, preferably within cybersecurity software/technology.
• Proven record of surpassing annual team quotas and driving profitable growth.
• Experience closing new business with Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Executive presence with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with minimal direction.
