Regional Training Manager – Sales Training & Product Coaching

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead sales training and product coaching initiatives across its Fort Worth region. This remote‑first role combines technical product knowledge with selling skills to boost sales performance and support the commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver training programs that enhance product and disease knowledge for Sales Representatives and Specialty Sales Representatives.
• Integrate technical knowledge with persuasive selling approaches and marketing strategy.
• Provide sales support services, including training analysis and demand planning.
• Develop and deliver basic and advanced selling‑skills training aligned with the Alcon Sales Model.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams to create and maintain training materials for existing and new products.
• Participate in Cycle and National Sales Meetings to address regional and brand training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S. + 0 years).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; preferred 5 years sales experience and 2 years training experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and communication in English.
• Desire to develop toward future leadership opportunities, which may require relocation.
