About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist, based in our Marietta office. You will be the central point of contact for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations and a collaborative office culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, promoting internal support services.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, including troubleshooting office systems.
• Manage office social media accounts and deliver basic social‑media marketing support on demand.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, delivering training on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meeting preparation, new‑agent orientations, and recognition activities.
• Help with agent recruitment by gathering production reports, license data, and scheduling recruiting appointments.
