Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across an assigned district. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of Sales Associates, and drive profitability while upholding the company’s values and vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Sales Associates, preparing action plans and providing feedback to senior management.
• Identify and penetrate new markets, coordinate marketing initiatives, and prepare competitive pricing and proposals.
• Control expenses, ensure compliance with company policies, and recruit new Sales Associates as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in food service or distribution.
• Strong relationship‑management skills and deep understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and work collaboratively with a professional team.
• Proven leadership ability to drive and develop sales teams.
