Regional Sales Manager – Foot & Ankle

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle will drive commercial execution, sales performance and distributor partnership effectiveness across a defined geographic region. Reporting to the Area Vice President, the role works closely with Sales Representatives and Distributor Partners to manage the sales funnel, inventory and regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and performance support to Sales Representatives across the region.
• Partner with Distributor Partners to align commercial priorities and territory execution.
• Drive disciplined sales funnel management, pipeline health, and accurate forecasting.
• Oversee regional product and instrument inventory, ensuring optimal availability and loaner usage.
• Coordinate cadaver labs, journal clubs, in‑services and surgeon education programs to drive product adoption.
• Identify and initiate new account contracts, pricing agreements and local commercial partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR‑based selling, surgeon engagement and distributor sales models.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
