Regional Operations Property Manager

About the role

NADG is seeking a Regional Operations Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its flagship enclosed mall and a portfolio of retail properties across Florida. The role combines hands‑on field work with strategic operational leadership, requiring frequent travel to evaluate assets, support onsite teams, and drive consistency across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular property visits, operational reviews, and inspections to assess maintenance standards, curb appeal, vendor performance, and tenant experience.
• Identify and advance property‑level initiatives that improve operational performance and asset presentation.
• Assume interim or full‑time Property Manager duties as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning by providing operational insights and data.
• Collaborate with facilities, construction, leasing, and asset‑management teams to execute projects effectively.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial retail real estate or comparable multi‑location operating environments such as hospitality, entertainment, or retail chains.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, travel‑intensive setting.
• Strong problem‑solving, relationship‑building, and operational leadership skills.
