Regional Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Regional Maintenance Manager leads on‑site service teams across multiple properties, ensuring maintenance operations meet Greystar’s standards and regulatory requirements. This full‑time role combines hands‑on supervision, vendor management, and strategic budgeting to protect and enhance the value of our real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annual maintenance inspections and ensure all findings are reported to District Maintenance Managers and senior leadership.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate on‑site service staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Develop scopes of work, obtain bids, and manage vendor contracts for repairs and capital projects.
• Analyze property data to identify capital needs, prepare budgets, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Present maintenance recommendations and financial analyses to property owners and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance management.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop on‑site service teams.
• Experience creating scopes of work, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing capital projects.
• Strong background in budgeting, capital planning, and financial reporting for real‑estate assets.
