Regional Install Manager – Midwest

About the role

As Home Genius Exteriors expands its Midwest markets, we need a highly skilled Install Manager to oversee the post‑sale to final installation process, ensuring top‑tier customer experience and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work.
• Manage multiple crews, personnel and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate agreements between company and customers, negotiating changes as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements and obtain permits.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist in the warehouse for product staging.

Required profile

• Frequent travel across Midwest markets (PA, OH, MI, IL).
• 2+ years high‑level construction management overseeing $100M+ installed revenue.
• Exterior home remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, professionalism, self‑accountability and extreme ownership.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Extensive roofing knowledge.
• Extensive siding knowledge.
