Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to a cluster of schools, delivering seamless HR guidance and support that aligns with local cultural and legal contexts. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR Business Partnering and working closely with school principals and senior leadership, the role develops people plans that support business goals, workforce planning, talent development, performance management and organisational design.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Head of HR Business Partnering and school leaders to align HR activities with growth and operational priorities.
• Provide insights on performance, talent management, skills gaps and workforce planning.
• Leverage Workday to track HR metrics and transform data into actionable insights.
• Guide complex employee‑relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Drive high proficiency in HR systems, championing data‑driven, technology‑enabled ways of working and promoting Workday adoption.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and ISP Group policies across all HR processes.
• Uphold rigorous, compliant recruitment standards and support safer recruitment practices.
• Lead performance management, learning and development initiatives and talent review processes.
• Champion employee engagement, DEIB commitments and the ISP employer brand.

Required profile

• Five or more years of experience in Human Resources supporting a diverse client base.
• Proven experience with Workday and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25 % to visit schools and attend regional meetings.
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑analytics mindset.
