Regional Growth Director – Georgia

About the role

Ennoble Care is looking for an experienced Regional Growth Director to lead its HouseCalls and Hospice growth teams in Georgia. The role focuses on building and managing a network of community liaisons, forging strategic partnerships, and driving data‑driven revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and train community liaison professionals.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on services, target markets and growth methodologies.
• Implement performance management systems, set goals, coach staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Design territory assignments and coverage models to maximize market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional health systems, medical groups, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid MCOs, commercial insurers, senior‑living communities, physician practices and hospital discharge teams.
• Represent Ennoble Care at regional healthcare conferences and industry events.
• Oversee growth reporting and analytics, track KPIs, monitor pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Analyze market trends, referral patterns and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
• Provide regular performance reports and growth projections to executive leadership.
• Implement and optimize CRM and lead‑management tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth or business‑development teams in the healthcare sector.
• Strong track record of recruiting, training and managing high‑performing staff.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships with health systems, insurers and senior‑living providers.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
