Regional Director – Northwest

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a dynamic Regional Director for the Northwest to lead sales and clinical teams in the MedTech cardiovascular space. This field‑based position covers Oregon and Washington and focuses on expanding heart‑recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct regional sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue targets.
• Set sales targets, forecasts, and develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Hire, retain, and develop talent while managing performance.
• Lead complex sales negotiations with large prospects and senior KOLs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in MedTech sales (preferably cardiovascular).
• 7+ years of management experience of a field commercial team or equivalent leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performance sales organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work in compliance with medical device regulations.
