About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking board‑certified/board‑eligible, fellowship‑trained Regional Anesthesiologists to join its growing faculty. The position involves delivering regional anesthesia and acute pain management across multiple hospital sites while contributing to education and research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the Acute Pain Service and fellowship training program.
• Rotate between the orthopedic specialty hospital and tertiary‑care referral hospitals.
• Supervise residents and fellows while performing a high volume of regional block procedures.
• Collaborate with the Perioperative Surgical Home to optimize patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible anesthesiologist.
• Fellowship training or substantial experience in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management.
• Commitment to teaching, research, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
