Regional Admission Program Coordinator (Texas)

About the role

The Regional Admission Program Coordinator supports Saint Louis University’s enrollment goals by engaging prospective students and families throughout the admission process and managing recruitment activities across a Texas territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional recruitment territory in Texas, traveling up to 30% of the time.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, maintaining active communication with high schools, parents, and counselors.
• Counsel prospective students on admission, financial aid, career planning, and housing options.
• Evaluate academic credentials, make admission decisions, and assist with scholarship allocation.
• Perform administrative duties such as processing applications, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, personal car insurance, and ability to travel evenings, weekends, and overnight.
• Experience working with a customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Slate).
• Competence in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
