Red Team Offensive Security Analyst – Manager

About the role

Join EY's Active Defense team as a Red Team Offensive Security Analyst – Manager. You will use offensive security techniques to validate and improve the firm’s defensive controls, while leading threat‑hunting initiatives that protect both EY and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Emulate adversary behaviors in a Purple Team capacity to test detection and response capabilities.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting across security telemetry, SIEM, and EDR platforms.
• Analyze anomalies and develop cyber deception strategies to strengthen the security posture.
• Collaborate with security operations and incident response teams to prioritize and remediate gaps.
• Communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in information security and offensive security methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly.
