About the role
Cohere is looking for a high‑performing Recruitment Coordinator to act as the central hub between hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the People team. You will own the candidate experience, coordinate interview logistics for hundreds of candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers, executives, and candidates.
- Maintain a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
- Partner with Executive Assistants to optimize interview workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Provide status updates, answer inquiries, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Support payroll, onboarding, contract‑employee initiatives, and related projects.
- Keep internal documentation current and organized.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience supporting a fast‑paced recruitment team.
- Background in a technology start‑up or scale‑up environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and high interview volumes.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle a demanding workload.
- Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
