Recruitment Consultant – Outbound Sales

About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is expanding its Austin office and seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant focused on outbound sales. You will work in a fast‑paced, merit‑based environment where high performance is rewarded with uncapped commissions and clear pathways to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and B2B outreach across engineering, technology, energy and construction sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate clients and job seekers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the office’s revenue growth.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and confident communicator.
• Resilient and comfortable making high‑volume sales calls.
• Motivated by progression, earnings and the prospect of future leadership roles.
• Willing to work onsite in downtown Austin with eventual hybrid flexibility.
