Recruiting Systems Specialist (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for a Recruiting Systems Specialist to maintain and evolve its applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruiting technology stack for a three‑month contract. You will ensure a seamless, data‑driven hiring experience from requisition to Day 1, while turning recurring friction into scalable process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the recruiting tech stack (Ashby, integrations, downstream systems), configuring workflows, interview plans, permissions, and templates.
• Monitor data integrity across global teams and ensure clean, reliable reporting data.
• Provide first‑line support for recruiters and hiring managers, triaging tickets, troubleshooting offers, approvals, scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Manage core recruiting operations workflows, including PID and requisition management, approval routing, and offer execution.
• Identify recurring points of recruiter friction and implement process improvements that scale with organizational growth.

Required profile

• Experience administering an ATS or similar recruiting technology platform.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data hygiene and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting operations and people analytics teams.
• Excellent documentation skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
