About the role

Job Duck is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our fully remote, fast‑growing team. You will act as the primary liaison between US‑based clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth matchmaking process from interview scheduling to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Request and verify documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients via Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles, match them to client needs, and send matches through Zendesk.
• Maintain and update candidate and job data in Workday.
• Engage candidates throughout the process, handling inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
