Recruiter – Corporate Talent Acquisition (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a contract Recruiter to support Amazon's Communications & Corporate Responsibility organization. Based in Seattle, you will manage the top‑of‑funnel recruiting lifecycle, building diverse pipelines and partnering with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create robust, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage the full top‑of‑funnel process, from sourcing and engagement to interview preparation, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to align recruitment with business initiatives.
• Set benchmarks and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Prioritize multiple searches in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive‑level stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑obsession and ability to deliver high‑quality service under pressure.
• Experience working with multiple corporate functions such as PR, HR, Legal, or Finance.
