Receiving Associate - Logistics & Stock Management

About the Position

As a Receiving Associate at Rural King Farm and Home Store, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our rural communities have seamless access to the products they need. You will be at the heart of our warehouse and floor operations, maintaining excellence in stock accuracy and presentation.

Main Missions

• Efficiently load and unload shipments and participate in truck sorting processes.
• Prepare merchandise, install displays, and ensure products are correctly shelved and accessible.
• Manage inventory accuracy by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for receiving and processing items.
• Utilize scanners and inventory software to verify purchase orders and monitor stock shortages.
• Maintain daily documentation, manage supplies (hangers, tags, etc.), and handle store-to-store transfers and shipments.
• Ensure product safety and security by checking price labels and security tags.
• Collaborate closely with the receiving team to optimize workflow and support inventory management during peak seasons.
