Rec Station Leader – Before/After School Program

About the role

The Elmhurst Park District is seeking a part‑time Rec Station Leader to supervise its Before & After School Program during the school year. You will work directly with children, providing a safe and engaging environment before and after school.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering program activities such as arts and crafts, drama, sports and games, outdoor recreation, field trips, special events, socialization, and quiet activities.
• Support the team in setting up and taking down equipment for each shift.

Required profile

• At least a high school education and minimum age of 16 years.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 6:45 am‑8:00 am and/or 2:45 pm‑6:00 pm, including the “School Day Off” program and at least three shifts per week.
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays.
