Real Estate Associate

About the role

Pullman & Comley is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its growing Real Estate practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, owners, and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions across acquisition, financing, leasing, and development.

Key responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial loan transactions.
• Assist owners and tenants with acquisitions, sales, refinances, leasing, and construction/development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documents and related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex real estate matters.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience handling complex commercial real estate matters.
• Strong academic credentials and proven transactional experience.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
