About the role

RGroup Realty provides a fully built marketing and automation ecosystem for agents in Tucson, Arizona. As a Real Estate Agent you will leverage Sizzle Marketing, Go High Level, and IDX Broker to manage high‑intent buyer and seller opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑intent buyer and seller opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline from your phone using the Sizzle Marketing mobile app.
• Leverage automated nurture systems instead of chasing cold leads.
• Build consistent production without a 60‑hour workweek.

Required profile

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (to be held with RGroup Realty).
• Strong knowledge of the Tucson market (Foothills, Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Central, etc.).
• Comfort using technology daily.
• Production mindset – not a hobby agent.

Required skills

• Sizzle Marketing platform.
• Go High Level (GHL) automation tools.
• IDX Broker integration for lead intelligence.
