Real Estate Adopting Agent – Warm Lead Realtor

About the role

RGroup Realty & Property Management is seeking a relationship‑driven Real Estate Agent to serve as an Adopting Agent in its Golden Handoff / Transitioning Agent Program. This position focuses on converting warm introductions from retiring or transitioning agents into active buyer and seller clients, generating repeat business and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm introductions into signed clients using a structured handoff process.
• Represent home sellers: develop pricing strategy, deliver listing presentations, create marketing plans, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and manage contract‑to‑close.
• Represent home buyers: conduct consultations, schedule showings, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and oversee timeline management through closing.
• Build a long‑term pipeline through database follow‑up, market updates, equity reviews, and referral systems.
• Collaborate with internal operations and transaction support to ensure clean, compliant transactions.

Required profile

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (or in process of obtaining).
• Ability to work in Tucson / Pima County and meet clients as needed.
• Basic competency with contracts, timelines, and client communication.
• Strong follow‑up habits and comfort using a CRM and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, confident in listing presentations and buyer negotiations, and a professional, ethical, compliance‑first mindset.
