Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Biomerics is seeking an entry‑level Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all materials, components, sub‑assemblies and finished medical devices meet established specifications before they are placed into usable stock. This position supports the manufacturing process in a regulated, clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials, components, sub‑assemblies and finished devices at every manufacturing phase according to released specifications.
• Identify each product’s inspection and test status.
• Read and interpret specifications, part drawings, and work instructions.
• Utilize and maintain hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes and test fixtures.
• Maintain controlled‑environment integrity by wearing proper attire and following clean‑room procedures.
• Assist in processing non‑conforming material throughout the manufacturing workflow.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math and advanced math skills.
• Legible handwriting and ability to read printed documents.
• Attention to detail and minimal paperwork errors.
• Ability to work independently.
