Quadient Developer – Document Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to join a client’s team in Okemos, MI. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing document generation workflows within a modern Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex document and mail generation workflows in the Quadient CCM platform.
• Create new document templates and enhance existing ones.
• Configure and manage master workflows that support template design and interactive document generation.
• Optimize templates for performance, scalability, and proper configuration.
• Support migration of forms and document assets from legacy systems to Quadient.
• Align applications and workflows with enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide guidance on environment setup, tool configuration, and scalability best practices.
• Participate in testing platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Quadient CCM (preferably versions R15/R16) and its Designer, Interactive, and Scaler modules.
• Strong expertise in document template creation, workflow configuration, and document generation processes.
• Experience migrating forms and templates from legacy systems to modern CCM platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting for document logic, preferably JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of document indexing/search tools such as Ransack.
• Ability to support complex enterprise implementations and scalable architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
