QA Manager – Technology Project Lead

About the role

The Infosys Engineering unit is seeking a QA Manager to act as a Technology Project Lead for telecom OSS/BSS initiatives. You will drive quality assurance across development, testing and production support while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Guide the team through SDLC processes, guaranteeing deliverables meet client specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to uphold quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets aligned with scope and strategic goals.
• Identify scope changes, estimate effort, obtain approvals and secure client sign‑offs.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a subject‑matter expert in Service Fulfilment within OSS/BSS, covering development, testing and production support.
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
