About the role

Infosys' Financial Services unit is seeking a Python Full Stack Developer to join its digital transformation team in Boston. You will work on AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance, collaborating with industry experts to deliver innovative, data‑led applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for the development team.
• Develop, test and integrate new features or updates into existing Python‑based applications.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and ensure system stability.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proven capability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
