Python AWS AI Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Python AWS AI Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Austin, TX. You will work on AI‑driven solutions that help banks, wealth managers and insurers accelerate growth and improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture architectural decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Python, ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain repositories and apply best‑practice coding standards.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
• Resolve production incidents and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from design through deployment.
• Passion for AI technologies and a desire to make a measurable impact in financial services.
