Purchasing Agent – MRO Analytics (El Reno, OK)

About the role

The Purchasing Agent – MRO Analytics supports Enerflex’s maintenance operations by managing procurement of lube oil and telemetry, handling vendor data, and providing analytical reporting for the compressor fleet. The role ensures material readiness and cost‑effective purchasing to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders in SAP for lube oil and telemetry and maintain vendor master data.
• Evaluate invoices, track credits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Analyze oil usage and spend across the compressor fleet and build consumption and cost reports.
• Maintain the major maintenance schedule, track service orders, and align procurement with maintenance plans.
• Develop and support reporting using Excel and Power BI, identifying process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or technical certification.
• 2–5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or maintenance support experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• SAP (purchase order and vendor master data management).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Power BI for dashboard creation and visual analytics.
