The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking a qualified Public Safety Supervisor to lead campus safety operations. This management position within Student Affairs ensures a secure environment for students, faculty, and staff across the university’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus safety activities and coordinate with security personnel.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate emergency response plans and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with university leadership, local law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of safety staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in campus or public safety management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, academic environment.
