Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – Clinical Practice

About the role

Ochsner Health’s Psychology Department is seeking PhD or PsyD psychologists to join expanding practices across Louisiana and Mississippi. Candidates may focus on child & adolescent, addiction, or general psychology and must hold a degree from an APA‑approved program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical services across a continuum that may include telemedicine, outpatient, intensive outpatient, inpatient, and hospital consults.
• Participate in the training of joint LSU/Ochsner residents and the education of University of Queensland medical students.

Required profile

• PhD or PsyD from an APA‑approved program.
• Current or eligible Louisiana licensure; both newly trained and experienced psychologists are encouraged to apply.
