About the role

Amae Health is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Psychiatrist to join its soon‑to‑open Boston clinic. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering coordinated, longitudinal outpatient care for individuals with severe mental illness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health management to Amae Health patients, monitoring progress across treatment phases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization phases, focusing on psychosocial and medical needs.
• Collaborate side‑by‑side with therapists, primary care providers, dietitians, and community health workers.
• Deliver care within a clinic owned and operated by Massachusetts General Hospital.

Required profile

• Licensed Psychiatrist eligible to practice in Massachusetts.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time in an onsite, high‑acuity clinic.
• Commitment to integrated, team‑based care for severe mental illness.
