Proposal Manager

About the role

The Proposal Manager leads the full proposal lifecycle for Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI opportunities, guiding the process from opportunity assessment through compliant submission and handoff to contracting. This remote position collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and Implementation teams to deliver customer‑focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, managing schedules, content assignments, review cycles, and approvals.
• Analyze solicitation requirements to identify customer priorities, compliance obligations, risks, and differentiators.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, content reviews, and final approval gates with cross‑functional contributors.
• Translate Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI capabilities into clear narratives, value propositions, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual content with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Security.
• Edit multi‑author contributions into cohesive, compliant proposals with consistent voice and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in proposal/bid management, sales operations, or commercial enablement, with proven leadership of complex, cross‑functional RFP processes.
• Strong ability to understand technical and clinical concepts and communicate them to executive, operational, clinical, and technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with proposal or content‑management platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise software, healthcare technology, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence.
