Property Listing Specialist

About the role

Prime Asset Management Company is seeking a motivated Property Listing Specialist to join its New York team. You will work closely with agents, brokers, and investors to identify, list, and market properties for sale, rent, or lease.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential properties in designated areas.
• Conduct property analysis and market research to set pricing and track trends.
• List properties on the company website, MLS, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with agents, brokers, and investors to promote and sell properties.
• Communicate with buyers or tenants, schedule viewings, and provide information.
• Negotiate and finalize sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of listed properties and their status.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, preferably in property listing or sales.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and real‑estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with real‑estate software and online listing platforms.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
