Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Construction

About the role

PC Construction is looking for a motivated self‑starter to lead water and wastewater treatment construction projects in the Northeast Florida region. The Project Manager will drive project success by meeting contractual, safety, budget, and schedule goals while fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, and construction partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all contractual requirements are met and work conforms to plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and procurement to align with scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects/engineers, construction managers, and other partners.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and staffing forecasts.
• Implement quality control and site‑specific safety plans, promoting safe work behaviors.
• Apply Lean practices and participate in work‑plan activities.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex water and wastewater treatment construction projects.
• Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and guide career development.
