Project Manager – Restoration (Large Loss)

About the role

The Large Loss Project Manager will lead restoration projects after disasters such as fire or flood, overseeing the full reconstruction and renovation process from intake to completion. This role requires a confident, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and commercial property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance providers, sub‑contractors, and in‑house trades to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and collections, guaranteeing deadlines are achieved.
• Partner with a Project Coordinator to complete all required paperwork on time.
• Review estimates, confirm budgets and work orders before project start, and track metrics during bi‑weekly goal meetings.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and large budgets ($100k–$1M).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
