Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions and get more value from their data. You will join the team building a new mid‑market analytics platform, coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and QA to turn product priorities into organized execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Work with Product and Engineering to translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and address them early.
• Facilitate planning meetings, status updates, and other project ceremonies.
• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, risks, and important decisions.
• Coordinate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and QA teams.
• Help teams maintain realistic timelines while balancing changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, and delivery processes.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, and action items in appropriate collaboration tools.
• Support post‑project reviews and turn lessons learned into improvements for future work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a technology or software environment.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and software development projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility into deadlines and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable identifying risks, raising concerns, and following up on unresolved issues.
• Practical understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile ways of working.
• Able to work independently while keeping distributed teams aligned.
