Project Manager, Programs and Facilities

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Project Manager to lead programs and facilities projects at its Danvers, MA site. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and track project performance against metrics.
• Produce detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information.
• Proven leadership, adaptability, and detail‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience using engineering design tools.

• Base salary range $91,000 – $124,000 per year.
